Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Swathi Web Solutionsz, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services including website development, software development, digital marketing, and design services. Due to the nature of digital services and resource allocation involved in project execution, the following refund and cancellation policy applies.

Payment Policy

All payments made to Swathi Web Solutionsz are considered final and non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed and confirmed, it will not be refunded under any circumstances, including project cancellation by the client.

By making a payment, the client confirms acceptance of the project terms, scope of work, and service agreement.

Project Initiation

Project work will begin only after the required advance payment or full payment has been received, as agreed upon in the project proposal or service agreement.

Once the project has commenced, the company allocates time, technical resources, and personnel to the project.

No Refund Policy

Please note that once payment is completed, it will not be refunded for reasons including but not limited to:

• Change of mind by the client

• Delay in providing required project information or content

• Cancellation of the project after work has started

• Dissatisfaction due to changes outside the agreed project scope

• Completed design, development, or digital marketing work

• Domain registration, hosting services, or third-party services

Project Cancellation

If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has started, the payment made will not be refunded. However, depending on the stage of the project, partial deliverables may be provided at the discretion of Swathi Web Solutionsz.

Service Interruptions

Swathi Web Solutionsz is not responsible for service interruptions caused by third-party providers such as hosting companies, payment gateways, or external platforms.

Policy Acceptance

By engaging with our services or making any payment to Swathi Web Solutionsz, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
