Responsibilities
Candidate will display artistic aptitude with an exceptional sense of design, a passionate interest in motion graphics and related technology
You will deliver quality results and are able to adapt stylistically to work within brand guidelines when required, achieving outstanding work
Communicate concepts and iterate on designs, and work collaboratively with other members of the events team, product teams, and agencies in order to develop the most efficient motion framework
Provide best practices and guidance on motion for different devices and platforms
Ability to create rapid interactive prototypes of motion design solutions to help your team discover solutions more efficiently
Concept, design and animate elegant UI and visuals that clearly communicate high value to our users
Work closely and iteratively with developers to ensure design accuracy and consistency throughout the creative process
Requirements and Skills
Must have exceptional working knowledge of graphics programs including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe After Effects, (Plugins, Camera, 3D space, Rotoscopy)
Background working on large national brands
Broadcast and digital video experience
Collaborative and imaginative approach to problem solving
Results driven and hard working
Desire to be a part of something great and hold yourself to a higher standard
